It offers magnificent views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the surrounding mountains. Just as lovely in summer (shared swimming pool and lake 10 mins away) as in winter (Réallon ski slopes 10 mins away)!
The property:
– Two living rooms with fitted kitchens, one on each floor, featuring large bay windows; one opens onto a private south-facing terrace and garden, the other onto a south-facing balcony with views of the mountains and the lake; babies welcome.
– Six bedrooms with a queen-size double bed;
– Two bedrooms with two single beds (2×80 or 1×160 cm);
Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and toilet.
From mid-June to mid-September, direct access to the heated swimming pool (shared with the house and the apartment near the pool) with views of the lake (swimming pool: no salt, chlorine or other chemicals).
Cleaning fees are included. These cover end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels, excluding pool towels.
