Holiday cottage in a contemporary chalet, with magnificent views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the surrounding mountains. Private terrace and garden, with plenty of sunshine.
Just as pleasant in summer (shared swimming pool and lake 10 mins away) as in winter (Réallon ski slopes 10 mins away)!
The accommodation:
– Living room with fitted kitchen, featuring a large bay window opening onto a south-facing private terrace overlooking the garden, with views of the mountains and the lake;
– Three bedrooms with a queen-size double bed;
– One bedroom with two single beds (2×80 or 1×160 cm);
Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and toilet. The 4th bedroom is optional (please contact us to check availability – the price quoted is for 4 bedrooms);
From early June to late September, shared access (main house and annex) from 10am to 6pm to the heated swimming pool, with views of the lake (swimming pool: no salt, chlorine or other chemicals).
Cleaning fees are included. These cover, in addition to a final wet clean at the end of your stay, bed linen and towels, excluding pool towels.
Two parking spaces reserved for the property. Electric vehicle charging voucher (please contact us for terms and conditions).
This property can be connected via an internal staircase to the apartment above, the Balcony des Doutres, to form a complex of 7 bedrooms (14 people): the Tribu à Kayût.
